Shipping | Returns | Exchanges

SHIPPING:

  • We process and ship orders each weekday afternoon. Orders received after 11:00 am CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • We’ll ship your order by the method you choose and send you an email with the tracking number. In the rare event that the requested item is no longer in stock, we’ll reach out via email and ask how you’d like to proceed.
  • All flat rate shipping will ship via USPS ( 5-7 business days).
  • Deliveries made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship via 2nd Day Air, and unfortunately don’t qualify for free shipping. We are not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, only valid street addresses.
  • You’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information when your order has left our warehouse. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our Customer Success Team at cs@loomwayoflife.com.

RETURNS:

Need to make a return or exchange? NO PROBLEM…..we’ll even cover the shipping! Unworn items purchased at full price from the loomwayoflife.com website can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be processed. If you purchased our merchandise from another retailer, you’ll need to make a return with the original place of purchase.

  • Simply click on the contact us link.
  • Request a Return Authorization number. Please provide your Order #, date of purchase and the reason for your return ( we always want to get better)
  • Check your email for your Free shipping label.
  • Put the item back in its original shoe box and place it in an outer box for shipping.
  • Print a label and apply it to the shipping box (not the shoebox).
  • Bring the package to a USPS location.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue you full credit in the form of your original payment method, including taxes paid. Keep in mind the inspection could take a few days and the refund may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGES:

  • The fastest way to exchange an item
  • Place a new order and return your original purchase at the same time. This will help you get the new product quickly so it doesn’t sell out while you wait for the return. Just place a new order and return your original item using the return form. See details above.
  • All sale items and other specially priced items are FINAL SALES – an exchange can be made depending on availability.
